Na-Au-Say Township Republican Organization ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to transparency and compliance with all applicable federal and Illinois campaign finance laws. This policy outlines important disclosures regarding contributions made to our organization.

Contribution Rules & Elegibility

By donating to Na Au Say Township Republican Organization, you certify that:

  • You are a U.S. citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident (green card holder).

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You are making this contribution from your own funds and not those of another person or entity.

  • Your donation is not being reimbursed by any third party.

  • You are not a federal contractor.

  • You are making this donation voluntarily and understand that contributions are not tax-deductible.

Note: If donating as an entity, you certify that your contribution is made from permissible funds under state and federal law.

Contribution Limits & Reporting Requirements

Na-Au-Say Township Republican Organization follows all applicable contribution limits and reporting requirements set by:

  • Federal Election Commission (FEC) regulations (if applicable)

  • Illinois State Board of Elections

In Illinois, contributions exceeding certain thresholds may require disclosure of donor information. Under Illinois campaign finance law, contributions over $500 must be reported, including donor name, address, employer, and occupation.

USE OF DONATIONS & REFUND POLICY

All contributions to Na-Au-Say Township Republican Organization will be used to support our political initiatives, outreach efforts, candidate support, and operational costs.

 

Funds will not be used for personal expenses.

 

All donations are final and non-refundable, except in cases of:

  • Duplicate transactions – If you accidentally made a duplicate donation, contact us within 7 days for a refund.

  • Fraudulent transactions – If unauthorized use of your payment information is suspected, please contact us immediately.

  • Legal compliance – If required by law, we will issue a refund as necessary.

We accept contributions through:

All online donations are processed securely through an approved payment processor. We do not store credit card or banking information.
